Admissions Process
Thank you for your interest in eBridge Montessori School. Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions parents make for their children. We are committed to assisting prospective children and families during the admissions process and hope to help you make an informed decision about your child’s education.
Please take a look at our admission process and policy, sign up for a monthly parent group tour, or contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We look forward to hearing from you and working with you and your child.
The following admission process is designed to give parents a clear and comprehensive view of Montessori education and our school. It also allows us to fully understand each family and child’s individual needs.
Admissions Policy
eBridge Montessori School does not discriminate against any student or family on the basis of race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, political beliefs, or sexual orientation in the admission process to the school and any school-administered programs.
Based on the state regulation, we may take infants beginning at six weeks, toddlers from fifteen months old; primary from two years and nine months old; and elementary from six years old.
A child’s toilet training status is not an eligibility requirement for primary program enrollment. Children can be either fully toilet trained or in the middle of toilet training process. All primary children should wear underwear, instead of diapers or pullups, when they start the primary program.
Infants and toddlers may sign up for 4 or 5 half or full days per week; preschool and preK students may attend 5 half or full days per week; Kindergarten and elementary students should attend 5 full days per week.
The school administrators and teaching staff work together to make admission decisions. We take into consideration each child’s openness to and readiness for the prepared environment as well as prospective parents’ commitment to complete a Montessori education. Placement in a classroom is based on the needs of the classes with regard to balance of age, gender and ethnic diversity.
It is in the best interest of children and essential to a Montessori education that families allow children to complete their kindergarten year in a Montessori environment and take the full benefit of Montessori education. Occasionally if enrolled very young in primary, a child may stay in their classroom for four years in order to be fully prepared to transition to an elementary environment. We strive to work with families who are willing to commit to a partnership with us to provide their children the best possible Montessori experience.
In each classroom as children get older they are able to take on new roles and benefit from learning and teaching in the mixed age group. When children complete their kindergarten year in a Montessori classroom, they have the opportunity to develop their leadership skill, refine their skills through repetition and to see familiar ideas from new perspectives.

Financial Assistance
We believe that every child deserves a high quality Montessori education and hope that children enrolled in our program will have the opportunity to complete the program. We offer tuition assistance to families who are committed to Montessori education and can demonstrate financial need.
As our budget for financial assistance is limited, we only offer financial assistance to children in the primary and elementary program. Priority is given to families with two or more children enrolled in the full day program at eBridge. The financial assistance decision is made on a yearly basis. Families interested in financial assistance should contact the school and apply annually.
